Fruits and vegetables, juiced or whole?

Green juices have been a trend in vogue for a couple of years. These are preparations that usually have some fruit and green leaves (spinach, collard greens, cabbage …), and then depending on the recipe they have other vegetables (carrot, celery, beet …) and condiments depending on the taste of each one. (lemon, garlic, ginger, cinnamon, turmeric …).
So far it seems like a healthy trend that should not be hit, and it is true that as the panorama is at the level of nutrition, a trend that advocates the consumption of fruit and vegetables should not be less than applauded.
