Receta de galletas de café saladas
Se trata de unas sencillas galletas elaboradas con ingredientes asequibles. Se preparan muy rápidamente
Cuando quiera algo crujiente, sabroso y no demasiado dulce, esta receta es justo lo que necesita. Estas galletas sabrán muy bien con café solo. Pruébalas, porque son muy sencillas y sabrosas.
Ingredientes: 8 tazas de harina; 400 g de mantequilla; 1 cucharadita de sal; 6 huevos; 4 cucharadas de crema agria.
Preparación:
Añadir la mantequilla blanda, la sal, los 5 huevos y la nata agria a la harina tamizada y amasar la masa. Amasar bien la masa con las manos durante varios minutos. Debe quedar dura pero tierna.
Extender la masa en una capa de unos 1-1,5 cm de grosor.
Con ayuda de un vaso o de moldes especiales para galletas, corte formas de la masa.
Coloque las piezas en una hoja de papel pergamino, pincélelas con un huevo batido e introdúzcalas en un horno precalentado a 200°C durante 20-25 minutos, pero es mejor que compruebe su horno y ajuste el tiempo de horneado durante la cocción.
