Cottage cheese donuts
Ingredients: 400 g cottage cheese, 2 eggs, 5 tbsp sugar, salt and vanilla to taste, 1 tsp baking soda, 150 g flour, powdered sugar, frying oil

Method of preparation:

Knead the dough. To do this, put the cottage cheese (preferably not low-fat) in a mixing bowl, add the eggs, salt, sugar and vanilla. Mix well. Add flour and baking soda. Knead a stiff dough.
Roll the dough into balls, rolling it in flour beforehand.
Pour half a liter of oil into a deep frying pan and heat it well.
Fry the doughnuts until golden brown.
After frying, place the doughnuts on a paper towel to remove any remaining oil.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.

Ribs in mustard and honey sauce
Ingredients: pork (ribs) – 1 kg, onions – 1 pc, tomatoes – 200 g, garlic – 2 pcs, honey – 1 tbsp, vegetable oil – 100 ml, mustard – 2 tbsp, black pepper – a pinch, Provencal herbs – a pinch, paprika (ground) – a pinch, salt – 1 tbsp.

Method of preparation:

Mix honey, mustard, oil, salt, ground black pepper, paprika, Provencal herbs and finely chopped garlic.
Cut the pork ribs into portions and coat with the mustard-honey sauce.
Chop a large onion and cut a few ripe tomatoes into slices. Combine the vegetables with the meat. Leave in a cool place for 15-20 minutes. Then put the pork ribs in a baking bag and put in the oven at 180 °C for 40 minutes.
Open the bag and return the meat to the oven for another 10-15 minutes to form a golden brown appetizing crust.
