Lazy khachapuri with cheese

Ingredients: 500 g of cottage cheese, 5 chicken eggs, 1 bunch of dill, 150 g of hard cheese, 80 g of wheat flour, a pinch of salt.

Method of preparation:

Mix cottage cheese, eggs and salt in a deep bowl, add finely chopped herbs. Put flour and grated cheese in the same bowl and mix. Divide the dough into 5 equal parts. Heat a frying pan and, without adding oil, put a «pancake» of dough. Cover with a lid, wait 5 minutes until the bottom of the khachapuri is toasted. Then turn it over and fry it on the other side until it is ready. Do this with all the dough, and serve the khachapuri hot.

Meat pie made of pita bread
Ingredients: thin lavash – 2 pcs, minced meat – 300 g, onions – 1 pc, hard cheese – 100 g, eggs – 2 pcs, sour cream – 200 g, salt, ground black pepper, seasoning for meat – to taste, vegetable oil – 40 ml.

How to prepare:

Peel, chop, and fry the onion in vegetable oil for 5 minutes. Add the minced meat, salt and pepper, sprinkle in the spices, and fry, stirring, for 10-15 minutes.

Unfold one sheet of pita bread on a work surface and spread with sour cream. Spread half the minced meat evenly and sprinkle with half the grated cheese. Roll up into a tight roll. Do the same with the remaining ingredients.

Beat the eggs with the rest of the sour cream and a pinch of salt. Put the rolls in a greased baking dish and fill with the egg-sour cream mixture. Bake in a preheated 180°C oven for 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
