Ingredients: 8 cups flour; 400 g butter; 1 tsp salt; 6 eggs; 4 tbsp sour cream.


Add soft butter, salt, 5 eggs, sour cream to the flour sifted through a sieve and knead the dough. Knead the dough well with your hands for several minutes. It should be stiff but tender.

Roll out the dough into a layer about 1-1.5 cm thick.

Using a glass or special cookie cutters, cut out shapes from the dough.

Place the pieces on a parchment sheet, brush with a beaten egg, and place in a preheated 200°C oven for 20-25 minutes, but it is best to check your oven and adjust the baking time during baking.
